  3. Return Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bohozaar is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
